    NO MO, BREAKFAST?

So I found this video on youtube, and let be the first to say that while highly entertaining it was also a bit depressing. You see the good Rev. here is singing about being called home to heaven and not needing breakfast anymore. I WANT BREAKFAST in heaven. I look forward to the best breakfast ever in heaven, but until then I will settle for a good laugh from this.

Marty, darling, what happened to those sweet pictures of you in the little elf costume? Did you delete them from the internet? I was a bit concerned about your new seminary seeing them here. But in all honesty, I miss the chance to come here & gaze upon them everyday. You looked so cute with that little green & red hat on your hat. That’s my boy! Give Meredith a hug for me!

I meant “on your HEAD”. Okay, call me later – I MISS YOU, son.

It’s always fun to see a room full of completely mesmorized white people. It’s like they have never seen rythym before.

T and I tried to get Mogadore out to pee this morning. There is seriously 2 feet of snow outside my house right now. Here are some of the pictures:

    Snow pictures

Look for an update from me today with pictures of Otis playing in the snow. Be sure to take some of your own and throw them up. Unless you live in one of those places where it just rains.

    Jet pulling for Jesus

Several weeks back Kevin Fast set the world record for pulling a jet the longest distance. He’s a Lutheran minister in Canada, and has set several world records for feats of strength, always using the opportunity to raise money for various ministries and social benefits. I’d love to hear this guy preach!

    New YL fundraiser idea?

    It Only Gets Better

    Ian,
That video was amazing! My cat-like curiosity led me to discover more clips from this movie. This clip shows you just what Rowdy Roddy Piper sees when he looks through those glasses. It also shows you how to deliver a winning line.

Lee. You are the man. That is hilarious.

    Roddy Piper

Harris and I watched this movie called They Live some random night several years back. The main character is Rowdy Roddy Piper, and he kills a lot of aliens, aliens who he can only see when he wears special sunglasses. Anyway, this fight scene is amazing. Beware, there’s some “adult language”, but it only seems appropriate in a fight like this.

We should all wear more flannel.

This fight is so ridiculously long, and it’s all about putting on a pair of sunglasses. Awesome. “Buy yourself a pair of cheap sunglasses, nah nah nah nah na na nah nahhhhhhhh”

Marty the Elf…whats your favorite color?

One time I convinced Marty that we should make a Willard house calender. He thought it was a great idea. We decided that because of his birthday (December) he should be “Mr. December.” Sadly, we never got to any other pictures. Hapily, we got lots of pictures of Marty in an elf costume sized for Colt (much smaller than marty). Here are the pictures:

    Enjoy:

I can’t believe I did this. Oh wait yes I can these pictures are awesome. If only I could have had them say a week ago before Meredith decided on our Christmas Card.

I hope none of the Seminaries I am applying to find these. They just scream “Deny Admission”

Thanks Rawls. You are the man. These pictures are all theologically sound, Marty. You have nothing to fear.

    BTW…

I had a dream last night that I was watching this band perform.  Josh was the drummer and Hunter was lead singer/key-tar player and he didn’t so much sing, but talked in a German accent.  I wish I remembered the words of the song because in my dream I was crying from laughing so hard.

i need to experience this dream.

i wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that sometimes i would sing worship songs in an “international” accent that switched between russian, transylvanian, and british. also i love a good keytar
